We also support you in the run-up to the due diligence phase in structuring the transaction and preparing the letter of intent (LOI), including determining the normalized EBITDA or EBIT and identifying net debt items to reconcile the enterprise value to the equity value (pre-deal support). Once the due diligence has been successfully completed, we also advise you on the implementation of the transaction (post-deal support).
