The legal professional titles "Wirtschaftsprüfer/vereidigte Buchprüfer" (auditor/sworn accountant), "Steuerberater" (tax consultant) and "Rechtsanwalt" (lawyer) were awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany. The state of licensing is the Federal Republic of Germany.

We use the General Engagement Terms for Wirtschaftsprüfer and Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften as set out in the Annex.

We do not use any contractual clauses deviating from the law regarding the German law applicable to the engagement or any contractual clauses deviating from the law regarding the place of jurisdiction according to the German Code of Civil Procedure.
