Restructuring reports in accordance with IDW S 6

This company analysis is also used by equity and debt capital providers for a well-founded risk assessment. For this purpose, we prepare comprehensive or selective restructuring reports in accordance with IDW S 6 at the request of investors or managing directors.

In addition to carrying out an over-indebtedness check, we examine in particular the ability to restructure as well as the appropriateness and prospects of success of restructuring concepts with regard to the assessment of the company's ability to continue as a going concern. Another key aspect is the current and future solvency of the company in the crisis.
