Company valuation

The company valuation is the central aspect of a corporate transaction. We carry out company valuations in accordance with the standard of the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (IDW) Principles for the Performance of Company Valuations (IDW S 1 as amended in 2008). If desired, we also prepare indicative valuations in accordance with IDW S 1. Reasons for company valuations can be transactions in the context of company acquisitions/sales as well as mergers, changes in the group of companies or inheritance tax reasons.
