Crowe advises Cicor on the acquisition of Evolution MedTec Srl

The listed Cicor Group (SIX Swiss Exchange: CICN) is acquiring 100% of the shares in Evolution MedTec Srl ("EvoMed"). EvoMed is a provider of comprehensive development services with a strong focus on medical and paramedical applications. The company currently employs 25 people in Bucharest, Romania. The FDA-registered site is ISO 13485 certified.  With the acquisition of EvoMed, Cicor secures expanded development competencies and capacities in the strategically important medical technology market.

BPG Beratungs- und Prüfungsgesellschaft mbH (Crowe BPG) advised the Cicor Group on the transaction. The Crowe BPG team (crowe-bpg.de), which was responsible for the financial and tax due diligence, consisted of Andreas Hoffmann (WP and Partner (overall lead)), Martin Brinkfort (Manager, Financial), Henry Miller (Associate, Financial) and Dr. Philipp Kruse (StB and Managing Director, Tax).
