Transaction year 2025

Advisory

Crowe BPG's Transaction Services team continued to expand its business in 2025 and, as in the previous year, was involved in more than 50 transaction projects.

Andreas Hoffmann's Financial team focused primarily on the buyer side, particularly for financial investors (including financial due diligence and economic negotiation of purchase agreements). In 2025, the team also supported a major project on the seller side (preparation of a financial fact book).

The Transaction Tax division, headed by Dr. Philipp Kruse, was also heavily involved on the buyer side in transaction projects for private equity investors (primarily tax due diligence, structuring advice, and SPA advice) and in supporting restructuring processes.

As in previous years, transactions supported by Crowe BPG took place in a wide variety of industries (including healthcare, contract manufacturing, medical technology, IT services, software, and EMS).

Crowe BPG expects 2026 to be another strong year for transactions and plans to further strengthen its team at its new location in Düsseldorf.
