Crowe BPG: Dr. Philipp Kruse as new equity partner

We are very pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Philipp Kruse (tax advisor) as a new equity partner of Crowe BPG as of July 1, 2025. Dr. Philipp Kruse specializes in corporate and transaction tax law. His clients primarily include private equity investors, medium-sized companies and managers.

As Tax Partner, Dr. Philipp Kruse will be responsible for and further expand the tax transaction and project area. His professional focus is on transaction support and post-closing issues. The range of services includes tax due diligence audits on the buyer and seller side, the preparation of tax fact books, tax structuring advice including post-closing advice, advice on transformations and reorganizations as well as tax support in the negotiation of purchase agreements.
