Crowe BPG advises PINOVA on its investment in KIST + ESCHERICH GmbH

Funds advised by PINOVA Capital GmbH (“PINOVA”) have acquired a stake in KIST + ESCHERICH GmbH (“KIST + ESCHERICH”), headquartered in Munich and Dresden.

KIST + ESCHERICH is a technology leader in ionized air and electrostatic cleaning systems used in the production of electronic components, battery modules, sensors, printed circuit boards, and plastic components, as well as in other high-tech industrial applications. With over 50,000 systems installed, more than 1,000 customers worldwide, and locations in Munich, Dresden, and Suzhou (China), KIST + ESCHERICH has become an indispensable partner in sectors where technical cleanliness and process stability are business-critical.

PINOVA is an independent private equity firm that invests, through its managed funds, in industrial tech companies (high-tech components, innovative materials, and smart systems) in German-speaking countries. PINOVA focuses on mid-sized companies with revenues between €10 million and €50 million that are characterized by significant growth potential, sustainable competitive advantages, and a strong market position in their niche.
