Crowe advises the Cicor Group on the acquisition of two production sites from the Valtronic Group

Crowe advised the Cicor Group (“Cicor”) on the acquisition of two production sites in the US and Morocco from the Valtronic Group (“Valtronic”). The acquisition strengthens Cicor's medtech business, secures a strategic location in the US, and provides much-needed capacity expansion in Morocco.

Valtronic has more than 40 years of experience in the development, industrialization, and manufacture of innovative medical and diagnostic devices, including active implants. In addition to its headquarters in Switzerland, Valtronic operates production sites in Berrechid (Morocco) and Cleveland (Ohio, USA), which specialize in the manufacture of medical technology products.
