Crowe advises 1Q Health on the acquisition of shares in Beauty Production

Crowe BPG advised the 1Q Health Group (“1Q Health”), a portfolio company of NORD Holding in the CDMO sector for dietary supplements and pharmaceuticals, on the acquisition of Beauty Production GmbH (“Beauty Production”), a German full-service provider of liquid dietary supplements and cosmetic products.

Based in Upper Franconia, Beauty Production is an experienced full-service provider that offers its customers comprehensive support – from product development, production, and packaging to design and logistics. Everything is done from a single source and is “Made in Germany.”

Thanks to modern production facilities, qualified employees, and consistent quality standards, Beauty Production can flexibly handle both smaller exclusive orders and medium-sized quantities. The focus is always on the further development of processes, technologies, and technical expertise.

The Crowe BPG (crowe-bpg.de) team responsible for financial due diligence and economic consulting consisted of Andreas Hoffmann, WP and Partner (overall management) and Philipp Jans, Senior Associate (Financial).
