Stefan Liedtke joins Crowe

Crowe is strengthening its team at the turn of the year with the addition of experienced SME consultant Stefan Liedtke. Stefan Liedtke previously worked for many years at large medium-sized auditing firms and MDP law firms in Düsseldorf. He has been working for Krefeld-based Crowe BPG since January 1, 2025.

Stefan Liedtke is a lawyer, specialist lawyer for tax law and tax consultant.

He has many years of experience in tax structuring and tax defense consulting.

In recent years, Stefan Liedtke has been able to obtain a number of fundamental decisions in the field of tax law.
One focus of Stefan Liedtke's work is the handling of trade tax issues.

Stefan Liedtke chairs the annual conference "Praktisches Gewerbesteuerrecht“ of the "Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Fachanwälte für Steuerrecht e.V." and is a regular guest lecturer at the Bundesfinanzakademie in the Federal Ministry of Finance.

Stefan Liedtke comments on apportionment law in the Hallerbach/Nacke/Rehfeld commentary on trade tax law and regularly publishes on current tax issues.

Stefan Liedtke will return to Düsseldorf in the 2nd quarter of 2025 with the merger of Crowe BPG's Düsseldorf and Krefeld offices in the new Deiker Höfe building.
