Crowe BPG advises Westbridge Group on majority stake in Magnolia Consulting GmbH

The Westbridge Group (Westbridge), a portfolio company of GENUI, has acquired a majority stake in Magnolia Consulting (Magnolia), a consultancy specializing in sustainable finance headquartered in Frankfurt am Main.

Magnolia's 12-strong consulting team has built up a broad range of expertise from sustainability strategy projects, transition plans, climate scenario analyses and the implementation of ESG management systems to CSRD reporting. In future, the team will move into Westbridge's Hamburg and Frankfurt offices respectively. Westbridge is thus expanding its already successfully established Sustainability Advisory division with its subsidiary agradblue to include key advisory skills.

The Crowe BPG team (crowe-bpg.de), which was responsible for the financial and tax due diligence as well as the economic and tax advice, consisted of Andreas Hoffmann, WP and Partner (overall management), Dr. Philipp Kruse, StB and Managing Director (Tax), Alexander Schneider, Manager (Financial) and Henry Miller, Associate (Financial).
